With the rapid development of the housing industry in Riverside County, Doorway Manufacturing is moving into 3 new area's taking on 5 new jobs in Lancastor, Victorville and Palmdale.

Quality Assurance Program
A Quality Assurance Program has been put in place to increase the procedure of monitoring the quality of our products. The new procedures are being completed by Juan Martin and consist of hands on field inspections, looking at both the quality of installation being performed by the carpenters and the quality of the material being supplied by our vendors and our shop. Juan travels to different areas in California each day to perform inspections. He also talks to the carpenters and gets feed back on on problems they may be having regarding materials and then adds this information to his report. Juan also talks to job superintendents and gets feed back on our performance and quality.
There are three inspection reports that he completes, trim, hardware & Stairs and material quality. These inspection reports go directly to the Project Managers and our Superintendents. The Material Quality Report goes to our Plant Manager to address the issues with the shop and to our material suppliers for updates regarding their products. Juan’s goal is to raise the bar on quality and exceed our customer’s expectations.
Doorway Donations
Our company has a program of making charitable donations on behalf of our customers as a way of saying "Thank You" to them and giving back to the community. Below is a list of charities we donate to throughout the year.
